  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service
  • Upload malicious code or content

5. Customer Data

You may enter information about your customers into QuoteForge. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to collect, store, and process such information. QuoteForge is not responsible for how you use customer data.

6. Intellectual Property

The QuoteForge software, branding, and content are owned by the operator of QuoteForge. You retain ownership of your quote data and customer information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QuoteForge be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
