We collect the following information when you use QuoteForge:

• Account information: Name and email address
• Quote data: Information you enter about your customers, including names, job details, and pricing
• Analytics data: Anonymous usage data collected via Google Analytics (pages visited, time on site, browser type)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To store and display your quotes
• To send account-related emails (verification, password reset)
• To understand site usage through anonymous analytics

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate QuoteForge:

• Supabase: Authentication and database hosting. Passwords are securely handled by Supabase's authentication system. Privacy Policy
• Netlify: Application hosting. Privacy Policy
• Google Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics. Privacy Policy

We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies

We use Google Analytics which sets cookies to collect anonymous usage data. Cookies are only set after you click "Accept" on our cookie consent banner. You can reject cookies by clicking "Reject". You can also disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

6. Customer Data You Submit

You may enter information about your customers (such as names, contact details, and job information) into QuoteForge. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate right and permission to provide this information. We process this data solely to provide the quote management service to you.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Your account and quote data are retained while your account is active. When you delete quotes through the application, they are removed from our database. To request full account deletion, contact us at muhammadrizoumar5@outlook.com. Upon deletion request, your account and all associated quote data will be permanently removed.

8. Your Rights

• Access your account information at any time through Settings
• Update your profile information through Settings
• Delete individual quotes through the Quotes page
• Request full account deletion by contacting us

9. Security

We rely on Supabase for secure password handling and database security. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Children's Privacy

QuoteForge is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
